Very very Bad workers , they even don't know how to work properly, one of them she's always stressed and let you feel stressed too , I will never ever get back to them , plz I recommend y'all don't even think to go there .
I’ve typically had really positive experiences with H&R block, and if you’re looking for a bargain over premium services: perhaps look elsewhere. While it was fairly costly, I would say it’s worth it to save yourself the headache. Aman was personable, professional, understanding and KIND! Easily the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had doing my taxes. Her coworkers were much the same and it was very appreciated.
Had to do stuff last minute and Shahnaz booked us in for an appointment really quickly, she was super nice, helpful and fast as well !!
If I could give zero I would. It's been 2 weeks and nobody is returning my calls. I have been trying to get hold of them and it's always been the answering machine. I went in person and was assured that I would receive a follow up, but never did. This is not acceptable and I do not recommend you file your taxes here.
I had a great experience with Shahnaz a while ago, who squeezed me in between her appointments while she was working the front desk AND also taking clients for returns. She was overwhelmed with work but still gave great service. I would highly recommend her!
