I had a great experience with Shahnaz a while ago, who squeezed me in between her appointments while she was working the front desk AND also taking clients for returns. She was overwhelmed with work but still gave great service. I would highly recommend her!

We had an appointment for 3 pm today and when I got there the desk person said 230. I wrote it on the Calendar and confirmed when I got home The receptionist rudely stated I have to book another time. The person whom was supposed to do our taxes did not come out to talk to us. They lost 4 returns because of this and I will make sure everyone I know will not frequent the Goldstream H and R Block for taxes
