Charged almost $300 for a basic W2 with 2 dependents. She Just plugged in the numbers in their application. I could have done the same thing online for half the price or free. Surprise bill at the end. Will not use them anymore.
Overall it was a good experience when filing my 2024 taxes. But I have had better experience in the past.
