I HAD been doing my taxes here with Peggy for 7 years but she is gone so never again. New management and for the first time I had to PAY the IRS. I could have made an additional contribution to my IRA but wasn't advised that when I asked what could be done about the tax owed. They didn't respond to emails until I filed a grievance with HR block. They registered my wife on my return as my husband etc. Terrible experience all in all. Never again.
Awful experience. My son filled the paperwork and after 2 month nothing happened. Very disorganized nobody find the paper. Next year we’ll go to other place for sure.
