Wicked service! Reception is very welcoming and accommodating. My tax expert Joan was very easy to speak to, she efficiently helped me file my taxes with no issues. Will definitely be going back next year!

Absolutely horrendous. The representative that “helped” my fiancée and I made an absolute blunder of my tax return, and would not answer any questions we had. It seemed like she was avoiding answering our clarification questions. She gave me a figure for my tax return, and then second guessed herself and then proceeded to halve the amount.
