Absolutely horrendous. The representative that “helped” my fiancée and I made an absolute blunder of my tax return, and would not answer any questions we had. It seemed like she was avoiding answering our clarification questions. She gave me a figure for my tax return, and then second guessed herself and then proceeded to halve the amount. Showed up for my appointment and still had a 35min wait while the appointment after me that was 30 min difference got in 5 mins me before they even took my paper work. Then the worker sat me in the waiting area and never said anything, took my papers and came back 45 mins later said I owed. I gave them more details and documents and they left again and came back and didn't return my T4s back or explain why it cost the amount for the service or anything. Least knowledgeable person I've ever come across. Wouldn't trust them to add sales tax let a lone due my taxes again. Messed up my taxes twice and still got reassessed and owed money. Terrible.
Had my taxes done today by Stephanie and I was so pleased with her service! She was very kind, professional and thorough! Would highly recommend her!
