I called both location Micmac and Halifax they were really bad for customer support as my first year doing taxes , I really appreciated Shannon and Noel at the Tacoma location they are great help and very funny personalities, honestly both deserve a raise cause their glams over on that side.

Anthony MacMillan also known as Tony he is incompetent and has no idea what he's doing. Trust me, avoid him at all cost. I worked directly with Anthony Macmillian at H&R Block, and the experience was deeply concerning. Throughout my appointment, there was repeated uncertainty around basic tax procedures. Information had to be re-entered, questions were asked that indicated a lack of familiarity with standard filing processes, and there were multiple moments where I had to correct or clarify details myself.
