I had a weird experience here. The Financial Clerk mistook me for another Asian person though we looked nothing alike. They called me the day before saying that my papers had been done. However, when I came there, the Financial Clerk just grabbed a file from the locker and said the papers were not done yet(?) I had to wait for 5 hours just to discover that the Clerk mistook my file with another Asian person though we had totally different names.
