I had a very disappointing experience working with Karen on my tax return. My foreign income was entered incorrectly due to an exchange rate error, which led to me being told I owed over $2,200. I tried to discuss and understand how the amount was so huge, but I received a cold and demeaning response which did not clarify anything. I trusted her and proceeded to agree with this conclusion.
