We file my husband tax return in there. I booked an appointment, on April and call receiver told that the worker there on that day will not be able to help to file tax but told us to come there drop all details and sign the papers there. We did everything but even in 2 days after they were not trying to file tax for us. And on April 30th we went there and one of the women helped us filed tax but she told she was unable to do it and need to do mailing to CRA and it’s gonna be okay we will receive our amount without worries. Been going for years unfortunately they have now stopped doing pay with refund option this year. So I am just doing it myself now on a free program it was super easy will no longer be using H&R services

Had my taxes done last week. Wanted instant refund but was unable due to my return amount. Found out afterwards I was charged 157$ for the taxes when my return was only 290$ I was not told about the fee!!!!!. I was ROBBED . Will never use this establishment again!
