I want to give a shout out to Elaina, a tax representative at this location. I walked in, without an appointment (I wasn’t sure how it works), and asked the receptionist if I could just wait a while and see if I could get in same day for an appointment but they were booked up, and she was nice but was unsure but let me sit and wait for a possible opening. Alexandra has assisted me with my taxes for 2 years now and is always super helpful and always takes extra time to explain anything I need as I don’t have a lot of experience with taxes. I recommend doing your taxes here as they’re always fast and easy to communicate with!

Been waiting for over a year for Suzanne to finish my father's estate. What's the hold up. If you want your taxes done in an appropriate time frame, I'd look else where
