Not impressed. I showed up for my 1 am appointment, I was sitting and waiting then a lady who works there comes up to me and ask me my name so I gave it to her at that point a old couple just walked in the door and she asked them how can she could help, they said that they are there for a 1am appointment and then the lady said okay great then processed to help them. Im still waiting after 10 minutes of my appointment

The older lady who works at the reception desk was rude and incompetent in answering questions. It was my first time doing taxes through a service and we were made to feel less than. She took our papers and said hopefully you will hear something in a few weeks and it's been over 2. I asked how much it would cost and she didn't reply, just stood there looking at me so I repeated the question and same response.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The service is good and l have never had any issues since l have been here , about 4 years now SO THANKS TEAM.
