Elizabeth was Friendly with Good Service ,very knowledgeable and was willing and able to answer any questions we had for her.
Elizabeth was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided me with the paperwork I needed to complete the tax form
Not impressed. I showed up for my 1 am appointment, I was sitting and waiting then a lady who works there comes up to me and ask me my name so I gave it to her at that point a old couple just walked in the door and she asked them how can she could help, they said that they are there for a 1am appointment and then the lady said okay great then processed to help them. Im still waiting after 10 minutes of my appointment
