They have gotten my sister’s birthday wrong on her recent tax return that she filed there… We checked all the past ones because they give you folders each time. She has about five. And what we found out was that multiple years in a row they messed up on Her date of birth … and when we confronted them, they tried to say that her ID was wrong, but yet on her birth certificate has her birth birthdate and her ID was correct.. H an R block ended up being wrong in the end but made a whole big deal about it … we are not going back ... read more
Terry Hirlehey, was FANTASTIC I had a issue last year and the lady that prepared my taxes messed them up, I owed $$$. I went to H&R in Wasaga Beach Terry was amazing I can't say enough she went above and beyond making calls and sorting it all out for me!! Absolutely over priced. My taxes are basic. I had an appointment that lasted less than five minutes. I left there feeling completely scammed getting changed over $70
