4/30 1230pm This branch is completely incompetent!! The rep who had my taxes for 10 days, spoke to my relative twice about some US tax issues and my investment advisor twice and said she understood everything! Now on April 30th at the 11th hour, she said I owed a substantial amount of money which she said she had figured out that it’s not and then, they hang up on us and tell my wife that she can pick up our papers but I’m not allowed in !! Always the best service at HR BLOCK WASAGA BEACH
stay well clear people. unless your desperate or hiding something... When you sign off your agreeing to someone who knows nothing about taxes saying they guarantee a refund and back it .. until cra reassesses a tax year and hr block looks at you like we made a mistake but you own it .. stay well well clear!!! Definitely last ever time walking into a HR block and will ensure everyone I know including kids are aware to never go into one of these places.
