stay well clear people. unless your desperate or hiding something... When you sign off your agreeing to someone who knows nothing about taxes saying they guarantee a refund and back it .. until cra reassesses a tax year and hr block looks at you like we made a mistake but you own it .. stay well well clear!!! Definitely last ever time walking into a HR block and will ensure everyone I know including kids are aware to never go into one of these places.
Absolutely terrible service as i was told that my health card couldn’t be used as id to file my taxes even though upon searching this on google told me “A health card with a photo and signature CAN be used as id, and it also states that if a secondary piece of ID is needed, then a SIN number and/or bankcard can be used as a secondary piece of ID” which my T5 has my SIN number on it AND my bank card also has my name on it If i were anyone I DO NOT recommend you go to this location Go to a better location like barrie, at least... read more
Terry is an awesome tax preparer! She made me laugh the whole time, felt like I was chatting with an old friend. She was very professional, efficient and friendly.
They have gotten my sister’s birthday wrong on her recent tax return that she filed there… We checked all the past ones because they give you folders each time. She has about five. And what we found out was that multiple years in a row they messed up on Her date of birth … and when we confronted them, they tried to say that her ID was wrong, but yet on her birth certificate has her birth birthdate and her ID was correct.. H an R block ended up being wrong in the end but made a whole big deal about it … we are not going back ... read more
Terry Hirlehey, was FANTASTIC I had a issue last year and the lady that prepared my taxes messed them up, I owed $$$. I went to H&R in Wasaga Beach Terry was amazing I can't say enough she went above and beyond making calls and sorting it all out for me!! Thank you for EVERYTHING you did I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!! Brandy.
