Staff was polite and professional . But...So busy... any other city I have lived, we can usually drop off and pick up same day at h&r. We were told a week due to how busy they were. Was shocked, but ok np problem. Didn't here anything for the next 9 days. So I called. They still didn't have a clue when Somebody would get to it. So called back couple days later... STILL NOTHING! I sincerely cannot remember dealing with a group of people who work so hard, with little to gain for their extra effort. There is no question in my mind that this is the very best H&R Block office in operation. I drive an hour away to this location. This team cares about people deep down and they truly have your back.
