Staff was polite and professional . But...So busy... any other city I have lived, we can usually drop off and pick up same day at h&r. We were told a week due to how busy they were. Was shocked, but ok np problem. Didn't here anything for the next 9 days. So I called. They still didn't have a clue when Somebody would get to it. So called back couple days later... STILL NOTHING! Our return is very simple normally. Picked up our file from there and went to the Canadian place, liberty tax.(NOT SURE WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE USUING... read more
