Made the whole process very easy
I filed my 2024 taxes through this office, but when my check didn’t arrive, I went in to see what was going on. While reviewing the documents, they pointed to one of the forms and told me that I had to submit that specific document to the CRA myself. When I asked whether I should just wait, they said no and kindly insisted that I had to file the documents directly. Something felt off, so I called the CRA.
