Would give it lower than 1 star if I could. The reason being that they unapologetically botched up my last year's tax returns (2023-24). Our taxes get deducted at source, but even then, the associate then calculated we owe a large amount to CRA. Why? Because conveniently, the 'software' did not consider our RRSPs and couple of donations. Also, first-time home buyer credit was let go off, no reason why. For the fees they took, zero help was provided to maximize the returns.Â
