Second year they called me to schedule and lied that my usual tax pro was not working, just to try and set me with someone else. Every time I do, they messed up and find out afterward the location my tax pro. I only like working them and I'm being undermined!
I love my tax lady. My money is in good hands with her. She's very caring and helps me understand.
