I have come here for many years. This year I thought I would try myself, big mistake. Parveez saved the day she fit me in at the last moment and got it done. Thank you Parveez I will be back next year.
Awful experience this year. We dropped off 4 weeks prior to deadline, they didn’t make any attempt to follow up with us when more information was required on our end. We called 3 times to follow up and we’re given vague updates and told repeatedly “we can’t answer specific questions, but it will be done by the deadline” when we went to pick up the return wasn’t filed appropriately. Customer service was awful throughout the entire experience.
Disorganized. Dropped off April 5, called two weeks later and they said only mine but not my husbands had been done. I called back two weeks after that and the receptionist said there was something the preparer needed to speak to me about and to wait until the next day (April 29). She called back and said they’re actually ready. We came on April 29, and the “question” was left on my file and no one had contacted me. They had only filed my T4 and nothing else.
