Got my personal taxes filed for multiple years with no issues. Lakshmi was very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions about the process clearly.
Filed my taxes there this year they did them wrong and I even spoke to the CRA and said that they had refile them. They told me that the CRA was wrong when the CRA broke it down for me Word for Word what it is they did wrong when I called and asked for them to fix it. They told me they would work on it and never called me back. And her continuing to tell me that the CRA is wrong. Very disappointed, paid almost $300 for nothing. Will never be returning there
