Have been going to H&R block for many years now with no issue but this year for 2024 tax year seem to get nothing but a run around playing phone tag and is very disorganized ... Dropped off for me and my spouse april 4th waited heard nothing called them two weeks later and said there was more information needed so provided what they asked and explained current situation and once again waited with no call, around May 5th tried to figure out what was taking so long and we got no call about our taxes for an additional 4 weeks g... read more
I had a very good experience working with Hany Soliman, dealing with my issues with CRA , regarding my US income , I really recommend him to everyone.
Update: Per the comment below, no manager ever reached out to contact me. I sent an inquiry form through their website as well, and finally someone got back to me from that. I was able to submit everything electronically which was very nice, however, there was a mistake in my return (thankfully I caught before it was submitted). Turn around time was decent, but it was all on me for follow-up, no one every contacted me that my return was ready.
