Ripped me off! Over charged Big Time! Don't go! I still FEEL sick. $400.oo charge My wife and I got our taxes done for $150.oo for the 2 of us with I believe one T5 . I called customer service to get a booking, they told me this location was open and closest and to call them. I called 3 times and no one answered. I left a voicemail saying I needed an appointment at the closest date and time and to call me back with my appointment slot and I'll be there and no one called back. I called customer service again and they verified again that the location was open and someone should be there to help me and to keep trying. I was never able to get through

I'm great full, and impressed by Mr. Hany Soliman's service. Year after year. VERY knowledgeable, takes time to explain circumstance's in ways which i can understand. Plus willing to listen to what research I've done. Goes over and above when completing my taxes. Example, provides different suggestion's of how they can be completed. Very efficient as well!!!!
