Walked in as the sign says, "Sorry, make an appointment online." Avoidance. So I make an online appointment, show up then, no one there, kicked up tight. I can the number, AI idiocy, wait 10 minutes for a human, "very sorry, ID On. blah blah blah, not his fault, he's in Omaha or somewhere else. Very very poor customer service. Find a company with some humans.
Very incompetent, we also had to make 3-4 trips back to the office. Elana, messed up our returns and was very rude to my wife… and still she didnt sign the forms and left out a portion of our forms and the irs returned our whole package! I will never use them again and im thinking she did something wrong on our 2023 taxes cause its been about 2 months ago when we filed our taxes and we still have not got our returns.
I go to H&R Block every year - just great!
