I called in to ask if I could print tax records prepared from another office, Diane answered the phone and wanted to know what office told me that I could do this, I asked if that mattered? She said yes and then hung up on me. I called back and Diane forwarded the call out to another office. Wow what a Hostile person. Its Standard Operating Procedure with H&R Block to be able to print a return to mail from any office. Im waiting for a call from the District Manager to discuss this awful experience.
Anne Greatbatch was wonderful. We had a unique situation this year and I was almost positive that I would owe some money but Anne was very knowledgeable and helped get me a return. She was also so friendly/approachable. Definitely made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Also took just about as much time as I would have taken doing things myself! Was in and out within 30-40 minutes.
