I filed my taxes last February, and the return only arrived today. The amount is lower than expected, so I emailed them about it, but I haven't received a reply. Is this how you treat customers just to receive a commission... Californis Refund _ $ 394.00 Federal Refund _ $ 902.00 Fee H&R. _ $ -502.00 I received the Federal $400 Refund first on February 19th. I got $309 today with the California Refund. I'd like to know about the unpaid $85 payment. I made a call, but it's an automatic answerer, so it's no help at all. Doris!... read more
