The entire staff, except for Nicole (I think that was her name - she never introduced herself and was exceptionally rude and condescending), were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Mr. Walker for assisting me with my taxes and making what would have been an otherwise unpleasant experience, fun, informative, and enjoyable!
