The woman I spoke to today on the phone at 3:54 p.m January 30th 2025, was incredibly inept. Not only could she not listen, but she also couldn't understand a simple question or give me a solution other than to go on the website. I'm not sure what kind of people you hire here but if you have someone answering a phone, maybe adequate listening skills should be something you cover during the interview.
Been using H&R Block for over 10 years. I wouldn’t have it any other way! They are fast, efficient and usually by the time I get back into my car, I have money already loaded onto my Emerald Card with the cash advance! Not to mention my appointment only takes about 20-30 minutes tops! Thank you H&R Block!
