My taxes were completely botched. I went here because my taxes were going to be complicated. Between work from home and major life changes, I needed guidance. Instead, didn’t ask about deductions, filed a form incorrectly, and my return was rejected. I need to speak to someone who can handle a complicated tax return. I want my money back. I was better off with TurboTax. She won’t even respond to my e mails asking her to fix it.
I’d definitely recommend H&R Block, especially if you get the chance to work with Julia Dubrovskaia. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about doing everything right. Bad customer service! Was scheduled to have a phone appointment today with a tax agent, and they didn't call me at our scheduled time. I had to call the office 25 mins after our scheduled appointment to see why the tax agent hadn't called. They informed me that she was backed up and that she wasn't going to get to my taxes today, even though the appointment was scheduled and I had taken the time to upload all of my documents.
