Called, not open, left message with switchboard but no call back. I called again 2 days later when the switchboard said they would be open again. No answer. No message. 2 rings and hang up! Very frustrating, especially for a National brand like H&R Block.
Do not go here. Borderline incompetence, and the H&R Block corporation is merely a gigantic cash grab. Unorganized and unknowledgeable staff. There are plenty of other places to go that I’m sure would give you better service by accident than this place.
Was 5 minutes late, so obviously that meant Teresa should be on a call for a half hour, needless to say we rescheduled, but will be going somewhere else. Please Teresa if you DON'T like your job there ARE others.
