My wife and I worked with Joy today, she was absolutely amazing. So kind and patient, and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend her to anyone in need of tax assistance!!!
I would say it was a rough day initially with my original agent. Aside from that, we did run into a few issues, but the manager at the location, Michael Parrillo, was extremely helpful in getting my tax information adjusted and processed correctly.
