lorena was extremly unhelpful and didn’t explain since i owed under 10$ to the irs i don’t get my tax refund. i’m 19 and didn’t know and she still had me pay 99$. then had the nerve to argue with me and my friends because we went back in to ask about why i had to pay. but the lady in the wheelchair very helpful so sweet explained everything correctly and made sure i understood. only recommend the lady in the wheelchair if you come here (i forgot her name) she will actually be helpful and informative.
