I called to see if I could schedule an appointment and was told that the office hours don’t match the times listed online. They said the hours change every week. We can’t use this location because they close at 7 p.m. during the week and 5 p.m. on the weekends. That’s just for this week, though—they said they don’t know what the hours will be later because they change them whenever they want. My husband works from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, so there aren’t any available times for working people to get their taxes done here.... read more
