Only giving one star because they aren't approving for over $1000 on advances even though they say up to $4000. I paid $450 to look at someone on video chat do the same thing I can do in hopes to get an ok advance. My return was over $11k I was only approved for $250!!!! What even is that 😳 and when speaking to someone over the phone, hoping that there was an error and someone left out a zero I actually found out that a lot of people were expecting closer to the 4k mark and were only seeing $750, $300, ect. Just found out I owe 1300 to state due to incorrect filing and information after paying hundreds of dollars to have taxes filed. A levy was placed on my account and I can not pay my bills now. Never going back
