I ensure every tax season to request Angela Massey at this location. Not only is she a pleasure to talk with she is an expert in her field and even recalls details from the year prior to advocate for your most applicable return with all the information she can. I have told my fiancé I am excited to file jointly next year so she can also be blessed by Ms Masseys expertise.
Came in as a walk-in and instantly got booked. It was fast, friendly and very informative. Ms. Kiarra was awesome, very easy to communicate with. She truly made my tax experience stupendously easy. I highly recommend going with these guys!!!
Not done yet. I've been back about six times due to issues needing to be addressed from past mistakes. Many phone calls, most of them rolling over to another branch. Feel a reimbursement should be offered for my inconvenience. Marilyn (phone) is an asset.
Just wanted to come speak my condolences to Janets Family. I had no idea she passed and it was sad to hear. She's been doing my taxes for years. I looked forward to meeting her each season. She was a Very sweet lady to me and she was great at was she did. R.i.P Janet . I just know your are missed by many and will be missed by me . Peace and Love my friend
