Friendly and efficient! All of the staff (except this morning's front desk) were incredibly helpful and able to process my return right away. Despite the small hiccup, I plan on coming back next year too.
I have used Janet twice and she was great, but after this most recent time, I will not be back. My appointment was this past Friday. Janet couldn’t fix the errors in the system, which she blamed on the “new” system. She then asked me to come back on Monday (tax day), so she could work on it and all I would have to do was sign because we were finished. Janet is the best tax person I've ever dealt with. She's very knowledgeable and kind always gets me what I'm entitled to.
I had an appointment with Janet Jones she was rude and unhelpful and actually made some comments like I was dumb bc I couldn't find what she was talking about when signing. And she flat out refused to point it out to me her coworker was no better. It was strange an come efind out what she had me looking for wasn't even there but" hundreds of people have found it" I don't even leave reviews but she needs to be careful not everyone will be nice about her acting like that. Really it was bizarre I'll never be back
Taxes! I dreaded this and put it iff until 5 days ago. Now i kick myself. You guys were sooo helpful. Over and above. TY
