Taxes were done wrong. Paid $200 for them to be done incorrectly and now no one will answer the phone. When they answered last week, it was "we'll call you back", never heard from them again. Update: I was told on the phone that the "IRS is wrong not them" and that they "were not going to argue with me". Nearly cost me $2,000
The h&r block in sylacauga was very helpful with my situation on my taxes. To top it off I had to file in a different state.
