Stay away from this site. I am still trying to get my state taxes settled from 2 years ago due to then not filling out the paper work correctly.
Like many others have already commented, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. $500 to get my taxes done right and IRS SENT IT BACK and now I'm being AUDITED. Returned to this same store and was given attitude. "Not our fault" They said. Then whose fault is it if I'm paying you to do my taxes??? WASTE OF TIME and MONEY and caused MORE HEADACHES.
Taxes were done wrong. Paid $200 for them to be done incorrectly and now no one will answer the phone. When they answered last week, it was "we'll call you back", never heard from them again. Update: I was told on the phone that the "IRS is wrong not them" and that they "were not going to argue with me". Nearly cost me $2,000
