I just got a letter from the IRS stating that there were mistakes on the return H&R Block prepared and I owe a lot more money in taxes plus interest on top of what I owe. When I made an appointment with H&R Block to verify if that was correct, indeed a line had been left off when preparing my return, incorrectly reducing what I owed. Owner was a jerk
Had a pretty poor experience with this location. I initially worked with Roberto. And he was excellent. He was polite, a good communicator and was overall pleasant to work with. He wasn’t able to help me at the time due to me missing some information on my end. Once I received the information I needed I went back and I worked with the owner directly.
