My wife and I have been H&R block customers, at Keesler AFB for many years. Up until a couple of years ago, the service has been good! (NOT GREAT), but good. Last year, we had our appointment bumped to a different time. We understand things happen, and we went ahead with it. This year, we had a date/time booked, and confirmed. We moved our schedules around, and were happy.
