Scheduled an appointment, the person was rude, she didn’t introduce herself to us, called our name and turned her back to us and walked off. My husband says, excuse me I didn’t hear you. She was snarky and rude. Took our paper and started flipping through them. Asked what’s going on, I’m looking to give you and estimate on cost.
