Horrible. Their “trust” expert filed our trust return as an estate return. Took thousands to clean this up after misfiling. H&R Block does not have an escalation procedure to resolve and does not return calls. It was always difficult to work with tax preparer. He doesn’t return calls and ignored info until the return and payment was late costing thousands in penalties and interest. They are incompetent and refuse to resolve any issues they caused. Avoid at all costs if you care about your tax returns.
