This office was full of chaos. Front desk girl had a big dog under her desk. Credit card machine was not working. W2s with SSN sitting openly on a deck. I had to advise tax expert of the form that was in her pile that she “could not find”. Taking other calls during our appt. Very unorganized and took way longer than it should have. I have been with H&R Block for 11 years and this office will be the last for me.
Hui Malkowski has helped me prepare my taxes for the last 3 years. She’s extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend her services!
