Very steep prices. Slow 🐌 tax returns. I might have to search for other options next year. I have them the benefit of the doubt last year and then tried again this year but I found out it's even worse this year.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are very accommodating of your schedule, but BEYOND overpriced. The only reason for 2 stars vs zero is that my preparer, Rose, was very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. I was confident in everything she did because of her confidence and experience. If you have difficult or lengthy returns, then this is probably a good place to go. If you're like me though and don't, muddle through and do it yourself.
