I have used this facility and specifically Tabitha for years now. This is the 1st time I have asked for help after paying for their services and I have had 2 appointments that were no-shows. I have had message conversations with a Megan, who claims I said I only wanted Tabitha who was on furlough. I said only that I didn't want to get help virtually. I want help face-to-face.
