This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Me and my life was working with a so-called over 20 years experienced analyst named Karen Lyles. All I can see is she doesn’t really know what she was doing. That was our first time here, she didn’t ask about any of our basic information since we sat down until I told her I’m neither an American citizen nor permanent resident, so she had to redo my tax over again. Ms.Lyles, and staff are wonderful. 2nd year here and will be returning next year. Appreciate the fact it's in my area, clean and get us out in a timely fashion.
