I filed my taxes on April 15, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. at this location. It was horrible. The tax preparer was not knowledgeable or did not have a clue about SSA 1099 filings. She had to keep getting up and asking for help. I paid $99.00 for this. Her English was horrible. I could barely understand what she was saying. This was a waste of my money, a waste of my time, a waste of my gas, and caused great pain to my ears. I left this H&R Block with a headache. Made an appointment, arrived on time and the office was closed. Waited 20 minutes past the appointed time and still no one. This is the second time at the s 69th st office. The first time I had to leave after waiting one hour past the set time. I will never go back to this location.
