When asking about pricing was told she really didn't know if their prices went up. Ended up paying over 500.00 for my preparation. Unfortunately I had suggested to my son to use them as well. He had a very simple prep. . 2 W-2 s and it still cost hom over 300.00 for his to be done. Pricing needs to be very transparent and detailed on their services.
Horror experience. They didn't want to answer my questions, until they I gave them information. I just needed one question answered by a professional. What about customer service?
