I will never use hr block again. Charged me for 2 for, submissions forms that I didnt have. When I called customer service a registered a complaint, they forwarded it to someone in Pittsburgh. I received an email from a Joe Funari. They were sorry and would look into my complaint. Never heard back. Called custome service again, lady assured someone would call me back today. No one called. I am furious. A big organization like this, operates in a slip shod manner. I’m not done with this.
