I went in to Oneida HR Block with a simple tax return (literally just a w2 no investments) told a woman named Amanda I joined the military (air national guard) and wondered if that made a difference she said no and proceeded to file them charged me $164 just to walk out and find out that I could've done it on their website for free online because it was simple tax return and not only that I would have qualified for free tax services through OneSource because I am in the military.
