Honestly i've been to H&R block in the past and last year I used Turbo Tax and I wish I just stayed using Turbo Tax. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The whole reason for using an agent instead of doing it myself is for the stress free and relief it is suppose to provide and this was everything but that.
