We have used H&R Block for the last few years and felt we were getting good professional service. We had some complicated issues and unfortunately the IRS and the state (two states) had questions and our tax preparer was not available and no one has been able to help us. Our tax preparer only works during the tax season and the people in the office seems to have no idea what the problem is and what is needed to remedy it.
