Very pleasant experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. All personnel were friendly and polite; my tax consultant Leslie was so informative and helpful I will use this location always.
Sharon Shaw is awesome in every way!!! She has a very pleasant , calm personality and patient. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and quick. She explained each step in detail and offered me suggestions and never got pushy. Sharon offered me one suggestion that saved me ALOT of money. I was 100 percent satisfied in every way.
