H&R Block loans are a scam. They promote that you can get up to 4k loan but that's not the case. I have a great credit score and getting more then 5k back on my return. But they only loaned me 500. It's a scam to get you into the office so they can charge you 500 to do your taxes, when you could have done them from home for free on turbo tax. Total Bs. Plus the loan is on their emerald card that charges you for every use. Dont get played. Go to turbo tax.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I scheduled an appointment with this location and when we arrived they told us the tax rep that we were scheduled with left early and our appointment was cancelled and they had no availability. No notice or heads up. Extremely unprofessional and rude!!
