Our " Tax Expert " Billy entered our account numbers in incorrectly, which led to a whole IRS ordeal. When they say, " Peace of Mind " guarantee, "if you get a letter from the IRS, send it to us, and we'll get it handled " what a load of crap. Getting a hold of the IRS is tough enough and trying to get answers from H&R is even worse. All of this could have been avoided. Makes us think if entering an account number was done incorrectly, what else could have been entered in incorrect..... good luck.
I'm not a fan of waiting 30 mins past my appointment time to spend 175 dollars. I'm a simple and understanding guy, and an easy "sorry for the delay" from the tax person would've gone far. Won't mention names, but if I return, I'll request someone else. The lady at the front was polite and welcoming, though.
Excellent Tax Pro, Billy Jensen, completed my Taxes with excellence, kindly answered all questions, throughout the process! Great office staff, too!
I want to thank Megan and the whole team for helping us with our taxes. We have been coming here for several years now and they just make it so easy for us. The lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Debbie) was also very helpful setting us up with an appointment and being so patient with multiple phone calls that I made on the day before our appointment with Megan. Thank you to all! We are blessed!
