My first experience with H&R block with Carrie Chapman has been disappointing and extremely frustrating. All I wanted her to do was help file my city local taxes. I had already filed federal and state on my own and asked if she could confirm I did it correctly, but the main goal was to file local taxes. Carrie is extremely hard to get in touch with.
