Just a disaster. I spoke to a specialist who was supposed to know CA taxes. They ended up getting my e-filing rejected from CA TWICE and then went and amended my return BEHIND MY BACK AND WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. Suddenly my refund was $600 less and I had to go back in and straighten them out after several hours on phone with CA Tax Franchise board. They promised me a HR Block refund for the state portion of my charges and it never came! Chaos in the office. They don’t return calls. Would highly recommend you look for another t... read more
