Went in for the emerald advance. Was denied. The process was rather peculiar. They took down basic information and than sent it through and right away it said denied. Mark the preparer rudely gave me back my paystub and kept the little paper with my social on it. If your looking for a good early advance go to Jackson Hewitt! They are quicker and you actually get approved.
Stay away from this place especially Heather my son came in for his 2023 taxes she told him that he did not do his 2022 even though he told her that he did she did them again and made us pay her $400 and now is refusing to pay us back which we already told her that the taxes were done she insisted that they were not and that he was going to get in trouble so she did them again I have the paperwork in front of me now James and Heather are playing games with paying that money back that is theft that is stealing and what they d... read more
