Hello, I called office today at 4:11 am. The phone rang a while before someone answered. Whoever answered there were no walk ins to day. I ask what about scheduling she put me on hold and never came back to phone. I got the impression they didn't want any business today or tomorrow. She never came back to the phone to schedule me. She saved me some money today. I figured they must not be qualified. Thanks for your help.
I am guessing anybody can be a tax preparation and not be good at it, like if the cut off age is 17 then why put my 17 year old on and not a 2 yr old. If you get a letter then this is why
