I am guessing anybody can be a tax preparation and not be good at it, like if the cut off age is 17 then why put my 17 year old on and not a 2 yr old. If you get a letter then this is why

I had the worse experience here. I did not schedule this location for one but I was switched to this location for some odd reason I get a call stating the location I did my appointment at wasn’t available but I was given the option to choose that location instead I was switched to this one without asking me if it was another location I would like to go to instead.
