H and R didn’t file my 2022 taxes and said that I never paid for it. I filed my 2023 and 2024 returns there (been with them since 2015) and even received refunds however when it came to the 2024 refund, it was held stating that I had never filed my 2022 taxes. When I went to the office, they told me that I had never filed there.
