If it had a negative symbol that would be it rude front desk did not want to continue with anymore of this staff
Awful office . Had 12pm appt . They didn’t honor it told me to come back and pick up docs after dropping off. 4 hrs later no one from office called to tell me when to come back in or that they were working on my file . Too many retired old people working for HR block get REAL employees . Extremely unprofessional
