As I arrived a couple was walking out angrily, and the woman warned me not to use this location as they made mistakes on their taxes for this year twice now. I went inside anyway and found out for myself that I should've had listened to her warning. Heather Bell and the old lady and the front desk RUDE. Taxes got so messed up we have had to take our stuff elsewhere because how do you go from getting money back to owing.
Waited days for an appointment just for nobody to show up. Update: Someone did reach out to me to make things right and explained that there are some folks in new positions which resulted in some lack of communication. I can be understanding of that. I was able to reschedule for later in the day, but ended up having to cancel because it just didn't fit into my day like I had planned.
